Last updated 14 October 2026. This is a plain-language template for a personal app, not legal advice.
Actually Intelligent is a personal app that learns how you write from your Gmail and drafts replies in that voice. The operator is the person who owns this deployment.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile image. We also store the OAuth tokens Google issues so we can keep reading mail you have allowed. With your permission we read sent mail to build a Voiceprint. When you use the browser extension to draft a reply, we receive the message you are replying to (subject, body, and related metadata). We do not ask for permission to send, delete, or change mail.
We use your account to sign you in. We use sent mail to describe your writing style. We use the message you are replying to, plus samples of your past mail, to draft a reply for you to edit in the browser extension. Sending mail from the app is not enabled.
Google provides sign-in and Gmail. Message text is sent to OpenAI to build the Voiceprint and draft replies. The app and database are hosted on Vercel, with email samples and account data stored in Neon Postgres. Those providers process data only to run the app.
Account data, tokens, writing samples, and your Voiceprint stay until you ask for them to be deleted or the operator removes the deployment. Disconnecting Google in your Google Account stops new access. It does not by itself erase copies already stored.
You can stop access in your Google Account under Security, then Third-party access. To ask for deletion of stored data, contact the operator of this deployment.
